  • Milk: Steamed milk blends with the chocolate, creating a rich texture.
  • Whipped Cream: Often topped with whipped cream, adding extra sweetness.

Some Key Differences Between Mocha and Latte

Latte vs Mocha Calories 

A typical latte contains around 150 calories. It’s a lighter option if you’re watching your calorie intake than a mocha.

Mocha’s Extra Calories 

A mocha contains more calories than a latte, around 290 calories. The added chocolate and whipped cream contribute to the higher calorie count.

Keep in mind that these drinks can be made with less cream and sugar, lowering the calories. The calories I mention above are your typical coffee shop drink calories.
